The Wilds didn’t feel they were taking full advantage of various social media channels in an effort to reach their clients. In fact, they didn’t know where to start. Chris led a market analysis and user study to determine what value could be found over Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and more. Based on the findings of this study, Chris created a Cookbook to train the organization on just how to engage various user types across various channels.

After launching the cookbook, Chris led a team in creating unique content for The Wilds. This led to a more than 300% increase in engagement across all social media and a 1,000% increase in shared content.
